Poučení o odstoupení od smlouvy

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). You can use our contact form for this, but the use of which is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us to the Czech Republic ), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may refuse to refund the payment until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

3. Return of goods

You must send or hand over the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Condition of goods

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if it occurs as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to verify their nature, properties and functionality.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• The supply of goods manufactured to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs.
