These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store silkyplanetbeauty.com and all orders and contractual relationships between the customer and Silky Planet .

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order .
By clicking on the "Buy Now" button , you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail or ship the goods .

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK / CZK) and include statutory VAT.
Additional shipping fees do not apply.

The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract .

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping takes place from our warehouse in Teltow, Germany.

We ship to the Czech Republic for free within 3 to 5 business days via DHL Parcel .

  • Maximum processing time: 1 business day
  • Shipping days: Monday - Saturday
  • Order deadline: 8:00 PM (local time)

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of both defective and undamaged products, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging .

  • Return period: 14 days from receipt of goods
  • Return method: by post, shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Restocking fees: none
  • Refund: within 7 days after receiving the returned goods

Exchange of goods is also possible.

8. Reservation of ownership

The goods remain the property of Limitless eCom GmbH until they have been paid for in full.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply .

10. Responsibility

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or assistants in the following cases:

  • harm to life, health or physical integrity,
  • intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • guarantees received (if agreed),
  • cases covered by the Product Liability Act .

In the event of slight negligence , we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations).
In such cases, the amount of compensation is limited to foreseeable, contractually typical damage .

11. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply , to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) .

12. Jurisdiction of the court

If permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany .

13. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time.
